Resident Assistant (RA) Position Information

Resident Assistants (RAs) are highly trained student leaders who help create a safe, supportive, and engaging residential experience at 麻豆精品在线播放. They serve as mentors, role models, and key points of contact for students living on campus—while embodying the values and mission of the university.

As the primary link between Residence Life and the student community, RAs are trained extensively in crisis response, student advocacy, community programming, time management, and peer support. Through these experiences, RAs gain valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that prepare them for life beyond college. Many go on to successfully transition into the workforce, equipped with real-world experience in leadership, conflict resolution, and community engagement.

Our RAs:

  • Build community by organizing events and fostering connections among residents.
  • Support student success by sharing campus resources and encouraging academic focus.
  • Ensure safety through enforcing university policies and responding to emergencies.
  • Promote personal growth by modeling respectful behavior and guiding peers.
