Although we might be able to accept walk-ins on certain days, we advise making an appointment via our online appointment system, the . While we make every effort to accommodate appointment requests, the volume of patients may limit availability.
There are a limited number of same-day appointments for acutely ill patients who need to be seen quickly. If you believe you need a same-day appointment, contact us as soon as possible.
Note: To schedule physicals, labs, immunizations, reproductive health appointments, or discuss ongoing health concerns, contact the clinic to schedule your appointment instead of using the portal. These types of appointments typically take longer than the 20 minutes allocated by the Patient Portal.
Arriving Late: Patients arriving 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be rescheduled.
No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee: The following will be charged a $20 No-Show/Late Cancellation fee:
- Missing/No-Showing an appointment
- Sick visits not cancelled at least two hours before the scheduled appointment time
- Physicals not cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment time

Telehealth Appointment
Students on campuses that do not have a health center (Blue Ridge, Cumming, and Oconee) now have access to Student Health Services for minor sick visits through our new telehealth service. Find more information on telehealth services.
To schedule a telehealth appointment, students must call Student Health Services on the Gainesville Campus at 678-696-2676.

Monday - Friday
- 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (last appointment at 4:10 p.m.)
- Make an appointment through the patient portal or by calling the clinic. Due to appointment bookings, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you at your desired time if you walk in.
*Doors lock at noon and reopen at 1:30 p.m. to ensure an appropriate time for morning appointments.
