How do I get my 麻豆精品在线播放 ID Card?

Your first 麻豆精品在线播放 Card is issued at no cost.

To verify your identity, you must provide one of the following at the time your card is made:

  • United States Driver’s License
  • Military ID
  • Passport
  • Another Student ID

When no photo ID is provided you must comply with the following requirements:

Provide two (2) documents in your name from the following list.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Marriage License
  • Housing Lease
  • Check Book
  • Bank Statement
  • Voter Registration
  • Credit Card
  • Insurance Policy
  • Utility Bill

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

, login using your network user name and password, select the Card Services tab at the top of the page. Then select deactivate card. You may contact your 麻豆精品在线播放 Card Services during normal business hours for replacement cards or re-activate if found.

Replacement card fee is $25.00.

Once a new card is issued, prior cards cannot be re-activated.

How do I replace my damaged card?

Contact your campus Card Services Office for a replacement card. No charge will be imposed for the replacement of a card that ceases to function through normal, daily usage. Characteristics not indicating normal usage are broken edges or corners, non-authorized hole punches, and vertical breakage/cracking.

Getting your 麻豆精品在线播放 ID as an Online (DETI) Student ID Card: 麻豆精品在线播放 students who are attending their classes only online, and not in-person, may request to obtain their Student ID Card via mail by completing the following steps in order:

  1. Send an email to Card Services card-dah@ung.edu which must include:
    1. Your name
    2. Your Student ID Number
    3. Shipping Address
    4. Statement including you are attending online classes and requesting your ID Card be mailed to you.
    5. Ensure you have completed Online Photo Submission

Card Services will then verify with the online DETI program that you are an online only student and respond back by email once you are approved. If you are not confirmed to be in the DETI program you would be required to pay $10.00 shipping charge to receive your card by mail.

  1. Monitor your email address, for an email from Card Services to schedule a call via Teams.
    1. You will need a webcam and will be required to show a photo ID (i.e. Driver’s license or passport)
    2. Card Services must schedule this call with you to verify your identity and to ensure your card is mailed to the correct address for protection of your personal information.
